Drawn to cellular-like structures, Arvanites uses painting and installations to establish a dynamic exchange between light and space while embracing her interest in science, cartography, growth and experimentation. Arvanites received her BFA from Southeastern Massachusetts University and her MFA from the University of Massachusetts. Her work has been exhibited locally and throughout the East coast.
