On the way to NoDa the other night for some dinner and dancing with friends, we cruised past 12th and Davidson St. and saw luminous panels around the CATS building. What’s that everybody said, that’s cool. That’s "public artiness" created by McColl Center Affiliate Artist, Darren Goins with visitors to the Center’s Community Day back in September. With Darren’s guidance, the public created 41 panels and Darren was commissioned to paint another 19 pieces of the 240-foot mural. Darren will work at the Center through March 2010.
