Gary Knight and Keith Biolek-Austin have been collecting art over a period of 40 years, together for the last 18. Their diverse collection features art purchased in Germany, the US West and Southwest, Miami, and right here in Charlotte. During this special collectors discussion on July 26, Gary and Keith will each describe how their collections began as individuals, how the collection has evolved since their individual collections merged and they started purchasing pieces together, insight into the kind of art they are moved by, along with tips for new collectors.

Please join us for what is sure to be a captivating evening of stories spanning 40 years of great art and artists. Afterward, the group will go to Alton’s Kitchen and Cocktails (conveniently located about 5 blocks from Gary and Keith’s home) for complimentary appetizers. Cash bar.
