McColl Center for Visual Art gives you the rare opportunity to experience the creative process by talking to artists and learning about their work. Our Center’s core purpose is to support contemporary art and artists as catalysts for cultural advancement. Your support keeps contemporary art alive in the Charlotte region.

You will have ongoing opportunities to visit artists in their studios for insight into their creative process either during open houses, open studio Saturdays, gallery hours or special tours.  You have opportunities to buy the art created by resident artists in the Center's studios.

You will also receive timely information about:

• Exhibitions of resident artists' works and special exhibitions throughout the year;
• Opportunities for socializing and building professional relationships at Friday Open House receptions;
• Opportunities to interact with resident artists during one of their community outreach projects;
