Winter Arts Camps

Dive into arts this winter! Our Winter Arts Camp is for students who love art and want to try something new. From painting to sculpting to collage, your young artist will explore these art mediums and so much more. We provide quality instruction that mixes technique and skill-building opportunities for creativity and confidence in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Winter Arts Camp is a series of weekend, three-hour art camps designed for students ages 11 to 16 to spark imagination, encourage self-expression, and make lifelong connections to many expressions of art. All camp supplies and materials are included at no additional cost.

Each weekend camp will meet from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at McColl Center and will be led by a professional artist who will teach skills in a particular medium and give individual support. In each course of the camp, moderated by McColl Center staff, students will develop technical and conceptual skills with their peers while producing an impressive body of work. At the conclusion of the camps, family and friends are invited to experience an Artwork Showcase that will highlight the students’ work.

Full Tuition Scholarships are available thanks to the generosity of Ingrid + John Amols. Please contact Quintel Gwinn, Programs Director, at qgwinn@mccollcenter.org for scholarship information.
