The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of McColl Center’s Marketing Department. Under the direction of the Marketing + PR Director and in partnership with the VP + Creative Director and VP, Philanthropy, you will be an integral member of the team, ensuring deadlines are met, content is up to date, and that leadership is well informed of upcoming marketing needs. In essence, you make the department run and keep things moving forward.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing + PR Director in the execution of day-to-day administrative tasks in support of a comprehensive 12-month marketing plan.
  • Closely track content, editorial calendars, and marketing timelines to ensure the team meets internal and external deadlines.
  • Collaborate with leadership on tracking and reconciling marketing budgets.
  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all documents, signage, assets, presentations, etc. meet McColl Center’s brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate vendor communications, in collaboration with the Marketing + PR Director, VP + Creative Director, and VP, Philanthropy, including, but not limited to: printers, graphic designers, photographers/videographers, and other contractors.
  • Attend organizational events and programs as needed and assist with event execution, real-time social media support, and other duties.
  • Other marketing production, execution, and administrative tasks as requested by leadership.


  • Maintenance and consistent updates to the McColl Center website utilizing Craft CMS.
  • Organize and archive assets and content.
  • Assist with content creation, design, and production of assets as needed for social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Other content management + creation tasks as requested by leadership.


  • Excitement and passion for the arts and supporting individual artists and community.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to track and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be adaptive and flexible while managing competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of content management systems preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed for organizational events and programs.


  • $15.00-18.00 hourly (40 hours/week)
