Light at the End of the Tunnel - a collaborative exhibition

Date: Wednesday, April 1 —Monday, April 27, 2026
Time: 12:00 AM —11:45 PM
Location: McColl Center

The Mint Museum and McColl Center have partnered to present Light at the End of the Tunnel, an exhibition curated by and on view at McColl Center. The exhibition is an extension of The Mint Museum’s Coveted Couture Silent Auction. Designed to offer gala participants an immersive experience with McColl Center Artists-in-Residence and Alumni in their Dickson Gallery, the exhibition highlights contemporary works available for purchase through the silent auction while deepening engagement with the creative process.

Curated by and on view at McColl Center, these highly collectible works echo The Mint Museum’s upcoming special exhibition Caravaggio/ Revolution. Themes of dramatic light, emotional depth, and bold realism, which are hallmarks of Caravaggio’s revolutionary impact, are carried forward through the vision of leading contemporary artists.

The exhibition will be on view April 1–25. Works on view will be available for purchase as part of the Mint’s silent auction with proceeds benefitting both art institutions and the artists.

Exhibition on view to the public Friday 12-6 PM and Saturday 10-6 PM.

To arrange your viewing outside of gallery hours, please contact Noah Ameris, Philanthropy Officer, at NAmeris@mccollcenter.org.

All works are available for purchase, with proceeds supporting both institutions and the artists. Don’t miss this chance to experience, and collect, art that connects past and present.
