Annabel Manning reworks images from media using digital means as well as drawing, painting, and printmaking. Her aim, says the artist, is to "better understand the many images we encounter everyday through various media." She is especially drawn to dynamic situations where people gather together, including events like voting, playing, mourning, and fighting. Manning has exhibited in Delaware and New York, including the respected not-for-profit gallery White Columns.
