Carla Stetson received her BFA from Kansas City Art Institute and her MFA from Vermont College. Stetson, a professor, has had commissioned public sculptures displayed in Duluth. Stetson works in a variety of media, including photomontage, collage, and installation. Her work is concerned with what she describes as "discovering or uncovering connection between the human experience and the 'body' of the earth."
