Erika Diamond received a BFA in Sculpture from Rhode Island School of Design in 2000, and since then has exhibited in New York, Los Angeles and Charlotte. Often using onion skins and sewing in her art, Erika Diamond explores craft and common materials, seeking to reveal the beauty in common materials by "discovering new ways to use the things we see every day." She uses repetitive processes to create an accumulation of objects that often reference the body and physical experience.
