Laurie Frick holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and an MFA from the New York Studio School. She has exhibited nationally and has been awarded a residency fellowship at Yaddo. Bringing the study of neuroscience into the making of large-scale abstract works of art, Frick uses pattern, words, and color to replicate the feel of neurons firing in the brain.
