Reiko Goto and Tim Collins are environmental and community artists living in Pittsburgh and are fellows at The Studio for Creative Inquiry at Carnegie Mellon University. Both received their MFA's from the San Francisco Art Institute. As a collaborative team, as well as individual artists, they have received many awards and have exhibited nationally and internationally. Collins' work explores water issues while Goto's explores educational, environmental, and community issues.
