Sarah Helser studied fine arts at the University of North Carolina Greensboro where she developed a deep interest in figural studies and began to cultivate her contextual style of painting. Her works are held in private collections throughout the United States, as well as internationally. Sarah's ability to capture a timeless and seductive movement in her paintings is offset against an organic, often abstract backdrop. Amidst a sea of tar and beeswax, the pieces in their final state stand as elegant yet bittersweet works that express an emotion of their own.
