From Doodles to Drawing is a step-by-step tutorial for anyone interested in turning their doodles into a finished work of art. In this 20-minute art lesson, McColl Center alumna artist HNin Nie will show you how to layer vibrant imagery with paper and pencils to tell a story from your doodles. Best for ages 6 and up.
HNin Nie is a multidisciplinary artist based in Charlotte who was part of the Resident Residency at McColl Center. She is inspired by her personal experience as an Asian woman in America to use images and text to visually portray her story in her work.
